Tanya D. Jones is an award winning producer with expertise executing stories for TV, streaming, and digital media audiences for over 20 years. This Philadelphia native turned New Yorker followed her heart to NYC and started her career in television at Food Network. There she cultivated knowledge and experience from the best in the business in culinary and food television. This was her Production 101 in how-to and lifestyle entertainment, after just having graduated as a sociology major.
After leaving Food in 2003, Tanya worked with various entertainment studios, networks, and media companies as a director, writer, and producer in branded content. She’s worked with iconic brands like Target, Coca-Cola, and countless more. In 2020, she left her corporate media job after 12 years and followed her heart again to become the founder of Mama Bear Media Group, a media company producing original programming and partner content for various platforms. MBMG produces live action, scripted, how-to, short form to long form, live events, and podcasts.
